Perrigo has a rich history in consumer healthcare that dates back to the late nineteenth century.  Our presence in the generic prescription market expanded quickly when in 2005, we acquired Agis Industries, including its subsidiary Clay-Park Labs.  In 2007, we purchased an assortment of topical products from Glades Pharmaceuticals.  The resulting portfolio for the Rx division focuses on topical formulations such as creams, ointments, gels, lotions, solutions, suspensions, suppositories, enemas and nasal sprays.

By investing heavily in new product development and acquisitions, Perrigo is now a leader within the topical generic space.
