Kyle L. Hanson

Kyle L. Hanson joined Perrigo in June 2022 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Hanson previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Wolverine Worldwide, Inc., from 2018 to 2022. Prior to Wolverine, Ms. Hanson served as General Counsel at The Buckle, Inc. from 1998 to 2018. Prior to her role with Buckle, she managed complex litigation matters from 1996 to 1998 for Mutual of Omaha Companies and from 1990 to 1996 with the Kutak Rock National Law Firm. Ms. Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication and Political Science from University of Nebraska – Kearney and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
