A Spotlight on..... Eline Bracke

EB

Eline Bracke is a Lead Artwork Coordinator based at our Nazareth, Belgium location! Below she shares some insights into why she joined Perrigo and what she has enjoyed most so far!

What is your background and experience, tell us about you! After I ended high school, I decided to start studying Nutrition and Dietetics. Once graduated, I started working in the food industry at an FMCG company. My first job has taught me a lot, but I always had a fascination for the pharmaceutical industry. Mid 2019, I decided to make the switch and started working in a small pharmaceutical company as Head Artwork Coordinator. At the end of 2021, I got the opportunity to start a new job at Perrigo as a Lead Artwork Coordinator – and here I am!

What attracted you to join Perrigo? Perrigo, for me, is a global company where everyone is treated equally, where respect and kindness are key, where you can keep learning, and where you have a chance to grow and evolve as a person!

What were you most excited about before you joined us? I was excited about 2 things; first of all, to meet my team – and second of all, to learn about all Perrigo’s brands!

How have you found the experience starting with a Hybrid working model? My onboarding took place in real life, I had the chance to meet my predecessor and to come to the office during my first 2 weeks. The rest of my onboarding took place virtually, but we always kept coming – and we still do – to the office 1 day a week with the whole AW team. For me, it works perfectly like this. Working from home suits me quite well – I have a young Labrador and he makes the best home office colleague!

Why would you recommend Perrigo to other potential joiners? I would definitely recommend Perrigo as an employer! Friendly and helpful colleagues, lots of opportunities, good work-life balance and great perks! Perrigo also has a clear vision and goal which all employees share and work towards to together.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion is major focus for Perrigo. We believe that by acknowledging and embracing our different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, we become even more aware of our unique consumer needs. TOGETHER, we make lives better. What does DEI mean to you? I think it’s very important in a global company such as Perrigo. Everyone deserves to be treated equally, with respect and kindness. I certainly support the D&I ideas and initiatives at Perrigo.

We are always looking for passionate, dedicated people to join our teams at Perrigo. Take your next career step today and check out our live vacancies!
