What is your background and experience, tell us about you! I worked for a brokerage company for 16 years prior to being hired at Perrigo Company for a new position of a Trade Compliance Analyst Entry Writer! This role is quite similar to what I was doing but within a new environment!
What attracted you to join Perrigo? I was very familiar with the Perrigo Company due to being from the area and working with Perrigo as a customer.
What made you think the role with Perrigo ticked more boxes than roles in other companies? I was very impressed with the interview process and the managers that provided the interview. Also this was a perfect fit for a great partnership.
What were you most excited about before you joined us? Being able to create all aspects of my role in a new position at Perrigo.
What has surprised you in the first 30 days? The awesome team that I work with and how family oriented that Perrigo is as a company.
How have you found the experience starting directly from home? The start up experience while being virtual/remote has gone extremely well, I was able to obtain all equipment in a timely manner and was able to work with our IT department directly to make sure my system ran flawlessly.
What has been your highlight so far since joining? The highlight since joining is how helpful all team members are on a daily basis. The best day so far is the signing of the contract for our new software provider.

What is your favourite thing to do outside of work? I have two children at home, a fifteen year old boy and a twelve year old girl, they both play baseball/softball very high competitive travel ball in which I coach both of them.
