How long have you worked here? Can you tell us more about your role and background? I joined Perrigo in May 2017 when I was asked to relocate from Italy to Dublin. At that time, I was working for an HR Strategical consulting firm and Perrigo wanted me to be part of their brand-new Compensation Team. Basically, my job is to make sure people receive a competitive salary, and a great package of benefits. In some way, I want to believe I make them happy and satisfied while we take care of their overall wellbeing.…
What made you decide to join Perrigo? Perrigo is a well-known company with an established reputation across the world and its mission ‘making lives better by bringing quality, affordable self-care products that consumers trust everywhere they are sold’ is fully in line with my personal mission ‘to leave the world a little better than I found it’. That’s why I decided to join Perrigo.
How has your career progressed since you joined Perrigo? I have been promoted twice in four years, I have worked for two different teams and wonderful managers, and I have lived in two different countries. I do not know what the next step will be, but I am sure ‘there is never a dull day in Perrigo’
What keeps you at Perrigo? Perrigo is a Company where hierarchy is not fundamental, where you see juniors progress fast in their careers and become strong professionals. The management team is always available to you to enable you to learn new things and challenge yourself with different projects. People are connected despite location boundaries and you feel part of a unique, big family.
What is your favourite part of your role? The favourite part of my role is the global scope that allows me to collaborate across almost 30 countries daily and to get to know people from different cultures and backgrounds.This gives me the opportunity to enlarge my vision about the world, gaining new perspectives. Also, every person in Perrigo makes a fundamental impact in others’ lives, you do feel your role has a value and a scope.
What is your career highlight so far? So many great moments but overall, it is when I focus all my energy to make our employee wellbeing a priority and then I receive feedback from them such as; ‘I love how Perrigo is taking care of us employees’: There is no better recognition for me and my role than this!

Tell us a unique fact about yourself! I speak four languages fluently, but I never attended a language school (and I daily speak all in Perrigo)
Tea or Coffee Drinker 😊 ? Definitely an espresso drinker with no sugar, as a real Italian.
